Our Services
We provide complete shop drawings for your Roofing, AVB, or Waterproofing projects.
We work with all manufacturers; Carlisle, Elevate, Siplast, Hydrotech, Sika, GCP, CCW, Tremco, Laurenco, Barrett, JM, GAF, Henry, Kemper, Cetco
We work all systems; Single ply, SBS, BUR, Hot Fluid-Applied Rubberized Asphalt, Cold Fluid Applied systems, sheet applied, liquid applied.
Roof Plans
Roof plans give an overhead view of the roof area with callouts that guide users to the corresponding detail or section view.
Details/Sections
Details show how roofing components are installed at each unique condition. Typical details are base flashings, pipe penetrations, unit flashings, terminations, parapet, edge metal, gravel stops, expansion joints, and whatever else the project demands.
Sections are used to provide a larger scale depiction. This provides better context for vertical elements of location where multiple details are layered on plan view (i.e. where a door is under an eave but above a roof EJ.
Elevations
Elevations are used when the work in scope occurs on the face of the building. AVB, gutters, downspouts, metal panels, foundation waterproofing.

PRICING
$700 minimum per project due prior to project start.
3 - 4 week lead time for most projects (from time of deposit).
Project Startup fee – $250 includes coverpage and one assembly
2D Details/sections ~ $66
Plans ~ $125 (less than 2,000sf) - $250 (greater than 2,000 sf or complex areas)
Elevations ~ $250
Additional sheets and additional information can be added on an hourly basis, i.e. tapered, wind (calculations provided by others), manufacturer details, etc...
*Each additional sheet has a one hour minimum charge.
Hourly Rate for Revisions ~ $66 *3 hour minimum, can be discussed prior to services rendered. Cost can be mitigated by clear directions.
